I’m a genealogist and historical researcher obsessed with uncovering the lost and forgotten stories of the past. What began as exploring my own family tree quickly became a mission to find the everyday men and women whose incredible, tragic, or unbelievable lives are buried in census returns, workhouse records and old newspapers.

I founded Yourfamilyline in 2023 as a genealogy research service, but it’s grown into something bigger: a platform for bringing forgotten lives back into the light through detailed research and digital storytelling. Every ancestor, no matter how “ordinary” they seemed, has a story worth telling – and I’m here to help share them.
